封装基板工厂智能化防错系统设计与应用的研究

摘要 智能工厂是工业4.0中的一个关键主题,智能化的生产系统和过程能够有效提升生产效率,追溯性,提高产品良率。智能工厂包含诸多系统集成及模块,其中的智能化防错系统对产品品质提升起到了非常关键的作用,同时也为工厂提供了更加便捷和高效的管理模式。本研究聚焦于封装基板工厂智能化防错系统的设计与应用。通过对物料防错、治工具防错、载具防错,设备维护保养、过程检验防错、配方防错等功能模块的深度探讨和创新设计,以期实现更加高效、精准、可持续的生产模式。 Intelligent factories are a key theme in Industry 4.0,where smart production systems and processes can effectively enhance production efficiency,traceability,and improve product quality.Intelligent factories encompass a multitude of system integrations and modules,among which the intelligent error-proofing systems play a very critical role in improving product quality and providing a more convenient and efficient management model for factories.This study focuses on the design and application of intelligent error-proofing systems in packaging substrate factories.By deeply exploring and innovatively designing functional modules such as material error-proofing,tooling error-proofing,carrier error-proofing,equipment maintenance and upkeep,process inspection error-proofing,and formula error-proofing,the aim is to achieve a more efficient,precise,and sustainable production model.
