摘要
对于印制插头板和单元内有较大空旷区的产品板,且设计为铺薄铜时,有大概率出现铜箔起皱导致报废,而起皱是如何形成的以及产生因素有哪些,这个研究课题一直是压合工艺的一大痛点。文章为了得出在压合过程中,铜箔起皱的发生历程和产生机理,自行制作了可视化的压合试验装置,可实时观测铜箔起皱的完整形成过程。该装置为改善起皱的试验开展提供了指导方向,并通过对比试验结果准确地展示了起皱产生的机理,更新阐明了起皱具体是如何形成的行业认知。在试验中,主要从压力均匀性、图形间距、铺铜方式、PP厚度、温升速率等因素开展了DOE试验,并得出压力均匀性是改善起皱的重要影响因素,以及提出了一系列的相关解决思路和方法。
For the Goldfinger board and the product plate with large empty space in the unit with thin copper,there is a high probability of copper foil wrinkle leading to scrap.However,the research topic of how copper foil wrinkling is formed and what are the contributing factors has always been a big pain point in the compressing process.In order to find out the occurrence course and mechanism of copper foil wrinkling in the process of compressing,a visual pressing test device is made by the author,which can observe the complete formation process of copper foil wrinkling in real time.The device provides a guiding direction for the improvement of wrinkling test,and through the comparison of test results,the mechanism of wrinkling is accurately demonstrated,and the specific industry understanding of how wrinkling is formed is updated.In the test,DOE is carried out mainly from the pressure uniformity,graph spacing,copper laying mode,PP thickness,temperature rise rate and other factors,and it is concluded that pressure uniformity is an important factor to improve wrinkling,and a series of related solutions are put forward.
