5G高频FPC产品弯折治具探究

为实现5G高频FPC产品预弯折,又不对产品性能造成影响,需要制作专用弯折治具进行预弯折。因高频FPC基材、叠构与普通FPC材料的差别,用以往的折弯方法无法达到预期的效果。治具制作不当会导致产品分层,折皱,导线裂纹,折弯角度不达标等。文章主要通过分析不同材料、不同厚度、不同弯折角度的高频FPC弯折治具制作的技术难点,为高频FPC弯折治具制作提出有益建议。

In order to realize the pre bending of 5g high frequency FPC products without affecting the product performance,special bending fixture shall be made for pre bending.Due to the difference between high-frequency FPC substrate and laminated structure and ordinary FPC material,the expected effect cannot be achieved by the previous bending method.Improper fabrication of fixture will lead to product delamination,wrinkle,wire crack,unqualified bending angle,etc.This paper mainly analyzes the technical difficulties of making high-frequency FPC bending fixture with different materials,different thicknesses and different bending angles.Some useful suggestions are put forward for the manufacture of high frequency FPC bending fixture.
