摘要
随着Intel新一代Eagle Stream平台的推出,Eagle Stream平台服务器将会占据未来的服务器主流市场,而市面上Eagle Stream平台材料价格过高,终端客户难以承受,所以降低成本是一条必经之路。在各类降低成本的方案中,混压直接简便,且效果显著。文章通过8种混压类型的测试,从加工性、可靠性和其他特性等方面简要阐述了印制电路板混压技术的可行性。
With the introduction of Intel new generation Eagle Stream platform,Eagle Stream platform server will occupy the future server market.And the price of Eagle Stream platform materials on the market is too high,end customers can not bear,thus reducing costs is the only way.In all kinds of cost reduction schemes,hybrid is direct and simple,and the effect is remarkable.In this paper,the feasibility of hybrid pressure technology is briefly described from the aspects of processability,reliability and other characteristics.
