印制电路螺旋型平面磁芯电感设计及制作技术研究

摘要 集成磁芯电感是解决电子系统,芯片等供电结构小型化,高速化,高频化的发展的核心手段,也是系统级封装(SiP)技术的研究焦点。文章利用有限元仿真软件HFSS建立了平面螺旋磁芯电感的理论模型,分析线圈的外形尺寸、磁芯厚度等因素对电感的关键性能参数的影响。合成了绝缘催化胶,开发了基于该催化胶表面化学沉积磁芯层的技术,得到电磁仿真下的三明治电感结构。经实物测试结果表明,在10 MHz频率下,集成磁芯电感感值达到1.75μH,品质因子Q值为6.2。 Integrated magnetic core inductor is the key way to solve the development of miniaturization,high-speed and high-frequency power supply structures such as electronic systems and chips.It is also the research focus of System in Package(Si P)technology.In this paper,the theoretical model of planar helical magnetic core inductor is built by using the finite element simulation software HFSS,and the influence of coil size,magnetic core thickness and other factors on the key performance parameters of the inductor is discussed.The insulation catalytic adhesive is synthesized,and the technology of chemically depositing magnetic core layer on the surface of the catalytic adhesive is developed,and the sandwich inductor structure of electromagnetic simulation is obtained.The physical test result shows that the integrated magnetic core inductor reaches 1.75μH at 10 MHz frequency and quality factor Q is 6.2.
