摘要
毫米波雷达PCB对天线方盘的直角有较高精度的要求,但蚀刻过程的水池效应容易使方盘发生钝化。文章通过对天线方盘进行蚀刻图形的研究,对方盘外角采用圆形正补偿方案实现了钝化值≤10μm,对方盘内角采用正方形与圆形相结合的负补偿方案实现了钝化值≤15μm的加工效果。
The millimeter wave radar PCB has higher accuracy requirements for the right angle of the antenna square plate,but the pool effect of the etching process is likely to blunt the square plate.In this paper,through the research of the etching pattern of the antenna square plate,the outer corner of the square plate adopts a circular positive compensation scheme to achieve a bluntness value of≤10μm,and the internal angle of the square plate uses a combination of square and circular negative compensation scheme to achieve a bluntness value of≤15μm.
