浅谈提升生产制作指示效率的几种应对方法

随着PCB行业的高速发展,目前PCB产品类型多,工艺复杂,制作时间要求短等,同时对产品工程部的生产制作指示部门的工作有了更高的要求。文章从收到客户资料到发出工程询问,再到完成整个制作指示为主线,结合目前我们工作中常见的问题,进行梳理以及优化操作流程,最终达到整体资料处理时间相应缩短,以满足客户需求的目的。

According to the rapid development of PCB industry,now PCB product types and requirements are becoming more and more complex,and the overall lead time is also become shorter.So now there are higher requirements for the work of Product Engineer Department manufacture instruction part.The main line of this paper starts from receiving customer data to issuing technology query,and finally completing all manufacture instructions.Combined with the common problems in work,the author sorted out and optimized the operation process,and finally achieved the goal of shortening the overall data processing time to meet customer requirements.
