PCB线路板退锡废液循环再利用的研究

Research on recycling and reuse of waste liquid from stripping tin on printed circuit board

采用化学沉淀法,通过金属捕捉剂将硝酸型退锡废液进行再生研究。实验结果表明,在适宜的条件下,金属捕捉剂按4%加入到退锡废液中,搅拌30 min,静置4 h,过滤后得到清液补加硝酸、硝酸铁、氯化铜和添加剂等得到的再生子液退锡速率和退锡容量与新配子液无异。

The chemical precipitation method is used to regenerate the nitric acid type tin stripping waste liquid through the metal trapping agent.The experimental results show that under suitable conditions,the metal trapping agent is added to the tin stripping waste liquid at 4%,stirred for 30 minutes,and allowed to stand for 4 hours.After filtration,the clear liquid is obtained by adding nitric acid,ferric nitrate,copper chloride and additives.The de-tin rate and de-tin capacity of the regenerant solution are the same as the new gamete solution.
