文章主要从PCB产品的阻抗测试条设计(文章中简称为阻抗条)、阻抗产品的压合叠构等角度阐述设计对生产成本的影响。文章还包含通过排版设计带来的板材利用率的提升及对加工过程的影响,从多角度解析产品设计过程中一些间接性的成本节约和生产效率的提高。

This article mainly discusses the impact of design on production costs from the perspectives of the design of impedance test strips for PCB products(referred to as impedance strips in the article)and the laminated structure of impedance products.The article also includes the improvement of plate utilization rate brought by typesetting design and the impact on the processing process,and analyzes some indirect cost saving and production efficiency improvement in the product design process from multiple angles.
