摘要 随着电子技术的快速发展和市场对"短、小、轻、薄"电子产品需求的不断扩大,PCB的产品向着高多层、细线细孔、快速传输PCB的需求不断发展。各种传输线的阻抗要求也越来越高,而提升阻抗仿真设计精度是最有效的途径。业内普遍采用SI9000软件进行阻抗仿真,该软件能有有效仿真101.6μm~330.2μm线宽范围传输线阻抗,而对超出该范围之外的情况则存在较大的模拟偏差。文章主要通过实测与研究,修正了76.2μm~685.8μm不同线宽的模型误差,完善了补偿方案. with the rapid development of electronic technology,the PCB product technology improved rapidly with increasing electronic market demanding for’short,small,light and thin’.With the increasing demand of high-level,thin wire,small hole and fast transmission PCB,the impedance requirements of all kinds of conductors become higher and higher.The tolerance of impedance is increasingly stringent,and the cost pressure is increasing.Improving the accuracy of impedance simulation design become the most effective way to get impedance matching.Si9000 software is widely used in the traditional impedance design for the industry.The software can simulate the impedance accurately for 101.6μm~330.2μm,but not for the products with line width less than 101.6μm or greater than 330.2μm.This paper mainly studies the impedance accurate simulation and control of 76.2μm~685.8μm different line width,and summarizes a set of compensation scheme suitable for si9000 simulation software,which provides reference for the design of limit line width.
