摘要
本研究基于情境实验法,对英语专业CLI课堂中学生的情绪体验和情绪调节策略进行个案探究。结果显示,学生在CLI课堂典型情境中体验积极情绪(愉悦、放松和满意)的频率高于消极情绪(害怕、焦虑和平静)。学生使用的情绪调节策略主要包括注意力分配、认知改变、情境修正、反应调节和能力提升等五大类别,具体表现为聚焦转移、重新评估、接受现实、尊重安排、任务管理、寻求帮助、抑制表达和主动学习。本研究有助于加深对内容语言融合课堂环境下外语学习者情绪体验及其调节策略的认识,为外语教师开展情绪调节与干预提供了一定启示。
Based on the vignette methodology,this study explored the emotional experiences and emotion regulation strategies of English majors in CLI classrooms.The results of the case study showed that students experienced positive emotions(enjoyment,relaxation,and satisfaction)more frequently than negative emotions(fear,anxiety,and calmness)in typical situations in CLI classrooms.They used attention deployment,cognitive change,situation modification,response modulation,and competence enhancement strategies for emotion regulation.These strategies were manifested as transferring focus,reassessing,accepting reality,respecting teaching arrangements,managing tasks,seeking help,suppressing expression and learning actively.This study helps to deepen the understanding of foreign language learners’emotional experiences and emotion regulation strategies in CLI classrooms and provides some insights for foreign language teachers to carry out emotion regulation and intervention.
