摘要
欧洲"汉语热"一直在升温,在法国,这一热潮更是从民间蔓延至官方机构。法国中文国际班(ISC)的开设是法国汉语教育的一个里程碑,不仅提高了汉语在法国国民教育体系中的地位,也是汉语教学在法国正规教育体制中一次质的提升。法国中文国际班作为双语双文化课程,其课程理念、体系、内容与评价方法反映出了当代法国外语教学政策的一些特点:促进多种外语学习、尊重外语地缘性、注重地区语言教育、语言技能与文化知识并进、课程改革与考核评价体系相结合等,这些都对我国外语教学政策的制定有一定的启示作用。
In Europe,the"mandarin fever"has been heating up;in France,this upsurge has spread from the non-governmental to the official institutions.The establishment of the international section of Chinese in France was a milestone for Chinese education in France.This qualitative improvement highlights the importance of Chinese language in French formal education system.As a bilingual and bicultural programme,the international section of Chinese,curriculum,system,content and evaluation methods reflect the characteristics of foreign languages education policies in contemporary France,whose objectives are to promote the learning of foreign languages in different regions,to emphasize the regional languages education,to associate the language skills with the cultural knowledge,and to combine the curriculum reform with the evaluation system.These experiences could provide insight into the Chinese foreign languages education.
