摘要
“环境资源法”课程与思政教育在知识层面、能力层面和素质层面具有天然的耦合属性。但是传统“环境资源法”课程思政以记忆性的理论知识为主,考核方式单一,课堂教学为灌输式讲授,实践教学环节薄弱。因此,需要深度挖掘“环境资源法”蕴含的思政元素,创新课堂教学方式来强化课程思政的教学效果,加强体验式教学与调查研究等实训教学,使学生深刻领悟环境法专业知识背后的家国情怀、绿色发展理念和生态文明思想。
"Environmental resources law"course and ideological and political education have a natural coupling attribute in knowledge level,ability level and quality level.However,the ideological and political education of traditional"environmental resources law"course is mainly based on memorizing theoretical knowledge.The assessment method is relatively simple,classroom teaching is dominated by indoctrination,and the practice link is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply dig up the ideological and political elements contained in the"environmental resources law"course,innovate classroom teaching methods to strengthen the teaching effect of curriculum ideological and political education,and strengthen practical teaching such as experiential teaching and investigation and research,so as to make students deeply understand the feelings of home and country,the concept of green development and the thought of ecological civilization behind the professional knowledge of environmental law.
