摘要
本文综合借鉴生命科学与生命哲学相关原理,对教师教法的创生机理进行阐释,针对教法创生的“始创—生成—生长”三个形成阶段进行学理分析。教法的始创过程以教师本能冲动与实践经验为基础成形,教法的生成阶段则依靠内外部有关联的环境或实践群体对始创教法的合力建构,生长阶段则体现为在竞争环境中自我生长、不断完善成熟的过程。
Based on the relevant principles of life science and life philosophy,this paper explains the creation mechanism of teachers’teaching methods,and makes a theoretical analysis on the three formation stages of"creation-generation-growth"of teaching methods.The initial process of teaching method is formed on the basis of teachers’instinctive impulse and practical experience.The generation stage of teaching method depends on the joint construction of the initial teaching method by the internal and external related environment or practical groups,and the growth stage is reflected in the process of self-growth,continuous improvement and maturity in the competitive environment.
