摘要
军队人员整体外语水平是军队外语能力的重要体现,军校外语教学对于提升军队外语能力至关重要。然而,以通用外语为主的教学模式在培养学员军人核心素养方面存在不足之处。军队院校应强化外语教学军事特色,厘清外语能力目标内涵,打造模块化课程内容,改进教学模式方法,优化教学评价指标,在高素质新型军事人才培养中发挥更大作用。
The overall foreign language proficiency of military personnel is an important reflection of foreign language ability(FLA)of the military.Foreign language teaching in military academies is very essential for improving FLA of the army.However,the current practice of teaching general English in military academies is ineffective to cultivate the cadets’key competencies.To solve the problem,a foreign language education system with distinctive military characteristics should be designed to incorporate more military-related contents.The new system should construct a comprehensive competency framework,with a modularized curriculum,new teaching methods and assessment criteria.
