后突厥汗国阙利啜碑中,第一部分(西面1-7行)讲述第一代阙利啜,即始波罗时健阙利啜的功绩,第二部分(西面8行-东面11行)记录第二代阙利啜,即始波罗毗伽阙利啜的功绩,第三部分(东面12行至末尾)讲述始波罗毗伽阙利啜的葬礼。第一代阙利啜活跃在颉跌利施可汗或默啜可汗,以及毗伽可汗时期,曾被授予阿波和时健暾欲谷之称号。其功绩为获取沙陀朱邪人,征服Saγïr Coluγan和阿■(Az)的部众。第二代阙利啜,曾参加对突骑施(710)、粟特和大食(711-712)、九姓乌古斯(714)、契丹和奚(717)、姑藏(720)和北庭(720)的战斗,在对葛逻禄的战斗(714-715,719-720年)中立功,在约720年后不久战死。其称号始波罗毗伽阙利啜是在与葛逻禄的战斗中,或在其战死后由毗伽可汗授予的。

In the Köli Cor Tablet of the Later Turkish Khanate,the frist part(west lines 1-7)deals with the exploits of the frist Köli Cor——Ïšbara Cïqan Köli Cor,the second part(west 8 line-east 11 line)deals with the exploits of the second generation of Köli Cor——Ïšbara BilgäKöli Cor,the third part(east 12 line to the end)deals with the funeral ofÏšbara BilgäKöli Cor.The first generation of Köli Cor was active in the period of ElterišQaγan or Qapγan Qaγan,and BilgäQaγan,and was granted the title of Apa and the Cïqan Tonyukuk.His exploits include capturing the Shatuo沙陀zhuye朱邪populace、Saγïr Coluγan and the followers of Az阿嗜.The second generation of Köli Cor,who fought in the battle against Türgiš(A.D 710)、Soγdaq and Täzik(A.D 711-712)、Toquz Oγuz(A.D 714)、Qïtany and Tatabï(A.D 717)、Guzang姑臧(A.D 720)and Beiting北庭(A.D 720),he had been instrumental in the battle against Qarluq,and he died in battle shortly after A.D 720.His titleÏšbara BilgäKöli Cor was awarded by BilgäQaγan during the battle with Qarluq or after his death in this war.
