植物类黄酮提取纯化技术研究进展 被引量:24

ADVANCES IN EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION TECHNIQUES FOR FLAVONOIDS IN PLANTS

摘要 类黄酮是植物界中分布最广泛的天然化合物之一,具有多种功能活性,如抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎等,还可以调节血糖、血脂和血压,因此广受人们的关注与研究。本文对植物类黄酮的提取纯化方法进行回顾,概述了溶剂提取法、酶辅助提取法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、超临界CO2萃取法等提取方法以及有机溶剂萃取法、大孔吸附树脂吸附法、聚酰胺树脂吸附法、制备型高效液相色谱法和高速逆流色谱法等纯化方法,旨在为今后植物类黄酮的研究和开发提供参考。 Flavonoids are natural compounds that are widely distributed in plant kingdom. Extraction of flavonoids from plants has attracted attention because flavonoids possess various bioactivities, such as antioxidant, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetes and anti-hyperlipidemia properties. In this review, the extraction and purification methods of the flavonoids from plants are discussed. Solvent extraction, enzyme-assisted extraction, ultrasound-assisted and microwave-assisted extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction, organic solvent extraction, macroporous adsorption resin separation, polyamide resin adsorption, preparative high performance liquid chromatography and high-speed countercurrent chromatography are outlined, so as to provide references for the development of new techniques in this field.
