对外传播视阈下中国文学术语英译:阐释与规范

Translation of Chinese Literary Terms from the Perspective of International Communication:Interpretation and Normalization

规范化的文学术语翻译是让世界了解中国、推动中国文化对外传播的重要途径。本文以"中国文化走出去"战略为背景,针对中国文学术语英译研究的缺乏与中国当前文化国际传播的需求极不对称的现状,分析了中国文学术语中文译名翻译中所存在的多种分歧、变异及强制阐释问题,并就其规范化提出了一些建议。文章认为,中国文学术语的英译应坚持文化传播的"本土化"原则,将其还原至源语文化语境中进行阐释,注重中华文化内涵的传达,力图纠正西方对中国文学的负面性强制阐释,旨在以文学术语为枢纽汇集中华民族独特语言、知识与文化记忆,并借助翻译媒介推动"中国知识"走向世界。

Standardized translation of literary terms is an important way to let the world understand China and promote international communications for Chinese culture.With the background of the strategy of Chinese culture"going out",this paper analyzes the problems in the translation of Chinese literary terms,and puts forward some suggestions on its standardization.The paper holds that the translation of Chinese literary terms should adhere to the principle of"localization"in cultural communication and focus on the transmission of Chinese cultural connotation and tries to correct the imposed interpretation of Chinese literature.It aims to standardize the translation of literary terms by analyzing the variations and imposed interpretation and facilitate"Chinese knowledge"to the world with the help of translation media by the practice and study of literary term translation.
