The Management of Translation Service Industry in China:Changes and Development on Macro-level

本文从宏观管理视角阐述了中国翻译产业管理的变化与发展。本文开篇概述了全球语言服务下翻译产业现状;接着阐释中国翻译产业的问题与任务;主要从三方面对中国翻译产业管理进行梳理,即翻译产业管理的划分,翻译产业的变化与现状,以及不同层面上翻译质量的评估与监管。

This paper presents the changes and development of the translation service industry in China on the macro-level, i.e. from a management perspective. The paper starts with illustrating the demands for the language services globally and narrows it down to the issues and tasks of translation industry in China. Three-folds are unfolded in the body part, i.e. the demarcation of the organizational management of translation services industry in China;changes and the status quo of the translation industry in China;and management on the quality assessment and supervision on different levels.
