翻译与中国国际话语权构建

Translation and the Construction of China’s International Discourse Power

国际话语权建设有助于提升中国国际地位,营造有利于中国稳定发展的国际环境,翻译在此过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。通过系统分析国际话语权的内涵及意义,阐述翻译在国家形象塑造及国家综合实力发展中的地位,本研究提出中国国际关键话语翻译的三原则:标准化、明确化、特色化,为有效推进中国国际话语的传播质量,促进中国国际话语权构建提供参考与借鉴。

The construction of international discourse power helps to enhance China’s international status and create an international environment conducive to China’s stable development,in which translation plays a vital role.Through systematic analysis of the connotation and significance of international discourse power,and expounding the status of translation in the shaping of national image and the development of national comprehensive strength.This study proposed three principles for translating the Chinese international key discourses:standardization,clarification and specialization,aiming at effectively promoting the communication quality of China’s international discourses and the construction of China’s international discourse power.
