新时代背景下,国家对外开放向纵深发展,法律翻译又一次被推到了时代的前沿,法律翻译人才培养成为新时代中国的一项紧迫任务。新时代背景下,法律英语语言是涉外法律工作的落脚点,法律英语翻译成为涉外法律服务的重要内容。法律翻译有丰富的内涵,具有典型的文化特质。法律英语翻译教学是法律翻译人才培养的核心环节,在具体操作层面,需要处理好教学目标、法律翻译师资、课程设置、教学安排、培养体系等一系列较为突出的现实问题。

Under"the Belt and Road"Initiatives,legal translation has once again been pushed to the forefront of the times.The cultivation of legal translators has become an urgent task for contemporary China.Under"the Belt and Road"Initiatives,legal language is the foothold of foreign-related legal work,while legal translation has become the key to foreign-related legal services.Legal translation has rich connotation with typical cultural characteristics.Legal English translation teaching is the core of training legal translators.In practice,it needs to deal with a series of prominent practical problems,including teaching objectives,legal translation teachers,curriculum,teaching arrangements and training system.
