‘鸾凤’是从无刺枸骨(Ilex cornuta‘Fortunei’)与全缘冬青(I.integra)种间杂交的F_(1)代中选优获得的冬青新品种。幼叶褐红色,老叶中绿色,中等光泽,厚革质,四角状或不规则;花黄绿色,花期3—4月;果实椭圆形,成熟时呈鲜红色,挂果期为9月中下旬至12月中上旬,挂果时间长。生长旺盛,扦插易成活。适宜生长在暖温带及亚热带以南地区。

‘Luanfeng’is a new cultivar which is select from F_(1)generation of interspecies hybridization between Ilex cornuta‘Fortunei’and I.integra.The young leaves are maroon,while the mature leaves are medium green with medium luster.The leaf blade with a tetragonal or irregular shape is thick and leathery.The flowers are yellow-green and bloom from March to April.The ripe fruit is oval in shape and bright red.The fruit-bearing period extends from late September to mid-early December.This cultivar not only bears fruit for a long time,but also grows quickly and is easy to reproduce.This cultivar is suitable for growing in warm temperate zone and south of subtropical zone.
