加工型酸樱桃新品种‘奥杰’

摘要 ‘奥杰’(Prunus serasus‘Aoje’)是从野生酸樱桃实生选育的加工型新品种,为自然杂交种。果实紫红色,有光泽,甜酸,酸味浓郁、果汁多、果肉红色。单果质量5.8 g,总糖含量9.44%,总酸1.62%,可溶性蛋白质1.44%,维生素C 0.154 mg·g^(-1)FW,铁0.042 mg·g^(-1)FW,钙0.944 mg·g^(-1)FW。早果。株产21.23 kg(种植密度1245株·hm^(-2)),产量26431.35 kg·hm^(-2),易丰产。适宜加工果汁、罐头、樱桃果酒等产品,也适宜作城市道路绿化树,经济效益高。适于陕西关中地区种植。 ‘Aojie’is derived from wild sour cherry seed selection.Fruit surface color purplish red,shiny,sweet and sour fruit,sour taste,juice,red flesh.Fruit weight 5.8 g,with total sugar content 9.44%,total acidity 1.62%,soluble protein 1.44%,vitamin C 0.154 mg·g^(-1) FW,iron content 0.042 mg·g^(-1) FW,calcium content 0.944 mg·g^(-1) FW.The plant yield was 21.23 kg(1245 plant·hm^(-2) density)and the yield was 26431.35 kg·hm^(-2),which was easy to yield.It is suitable for processing cherry juice,canned,cherry wine and other products,can also be suitable for urban road greening trees,high economic benefits.It is suitable for planting in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province.
