观赏凤梨‘粉紫擎天’是由紫色品种‘露娜擎天’的组织培养变异单株,经多代组培纯化、稳定变异性状后育出的新品种。株型中等,平均株高50cm;叶片绿色,舒展,花序高于叶,擎天型,苞片粉紫色,基部浅黄色,花序下部苞片尖端浅绿色,花期4个月以上,观赏性强。适合温室内栽培。

The ornamental bromeliad‘Pink Purple Giant’is a new cultivar from the purpura cultivar‘Luna’.After several generations of tissue culture purification,the mutant single plant of a pink-purple bract in the offspring of‘Luna’tissue culture seedlings was cultivated into a new cultivar.It has pink purple bract and stable mutation traits.The average plant height is 50 cm.Leaf blades are green and extended.The inflorescence is sky-shaped and higher than leaf.The bracts are pinkish purple with pale yellow base and pale green tips.Flowering period is more than four months.It has a strong appreciation.This cultivar is suitable for greenhouse cultivation.
