芥菜新品种‘紫妃芥菜’

摘要 ‘紫妃芥菜’是以包心芥菜hauCMS细胞质雄性不育系‘202-4母’为母本,紫叶包心芥菜‘20P11Z’为父本,通过杂交配组选育而成的芥菜新品种,株形半直立,株高33 cm,株幅39 cm,叶片阔倒卵形,板叶型,叶缘波状,无刺毛,叶色深紫,叶面有光泽,半包心,平均单株质量254 g;质地脆嫩。含可溶性固形物4.1%,总糖13 g·kg^(-1),蛋白质13.1 g·kg^(-1),粗纤维0.8%,维生素C 510 mg·kg^(-1),总花青素含量为4854 mg·kg^(-1)。中抗病毒病。适宜在广东省种植,产量38314.5 kg·hm^(-2)。 ‘Zifei Jiecai’is a new mustard variety developed through hybrid breeding,using the cytoplasmic male sterile line 202-4 female as the female parent and 20P11Z as the male parent.The plant type is semi upright,with broad obovate leaves,plate-shaped leaves,wavy leaf edges,no thorny hairs,deep purple leaves,glossy leaves,semi heart-shaped,and an average weight of 254 g per plant;The plant has a height of 33 cm,a width of 39 cm,a crispy and tender texture,contains 4.1%soluble solids,13 g·kg^(-1) total sugar,13.1 g·kg^(-1) protein,0.8%crude fiber,and 510 mg·kg^(-1) vitamin C,the total anthocyanin content is 4854 mg·kg^(-1).Through artificial inoculation identification,exhibits moderate resistance to viral diseases.It is suitable for planting in Guangdong,and a yield of 38314.5 kg·hm^(-2).
