摘要
‘广垦1号’是从‘红水晶’火龙果异花授粉实生群体中选育的实生变异新品种。果实近圆球形,平均单果鲜质量409.6 g,果皮鲜红色,鳞片较长,果肉淡粉色,肉质嫩滑、清甜多汁、无青草味,含可溶性固形物11.8%,总糖101 g·kg^(-1),总酸1.9 g·kg^(-1),蛋白质12 g·kg^(-1),维生素C(抗坏血酸)86 mg·kg^(-1),可食率76.1%。每年开花结果10~12批次。
‘Guangken 1’is a new cultivar selected from‘Hongshuijing’pitaya through seedling selection.The fruit is nearly spherical.The average fruit fresh weight is 409.6 g.The peel is bright red,the scales are long,and the flesh is light pink.The flesh is tender,sweet and juicy,without grassy flavor,with an average total soluble solids content of 11.8%,the total sugar of 101 g·kg^(-1),the total acid of 1.9 g·kg^(-1),the protein of 12 g·kg^(-1),the vitamin C(ascorbic acid)of 86 mg·kg^(-1),and the edible rate of 76.1%.There are 10–12 batches of fruit per year.
