摘要
‘都瑞’是通过‘蓝丰’(Bluecrop)和‘都克’(Duke)杂交选育而来的北高丛蓝莓新品种。果粒大,平均单果质量2.32 g,最大2.45 g。果实呈扁圆形,浅蓝色,果蒂痕极小且干。成熟果实质地硬,甜酸,风味极佳,可溶性固形物含量12.70%,可溶性糖含量8.55%,可滴定酸含量0.65%,维生素C含量65μg·g^(-1)FW,花青苷含量1100μg·g^(-1)FW。产量11250 kg·hm^(-2)。中熟,长春地区成熟期7月10日至8月5日。
‘Durui’is a new northern highbush blueberry(Vaccinium)cultivar developed by crossing‘Bluecrop’with‘Duke’.The average fruit weight is 2.32 g and the largest is 2.45 g.The fruit is oblate,the color is light blue,and the picking scar is small and dry.The firmness of mature fruit is very good.‘Durui’has high sweetness,low acidity,and excellent flavor,which is suitable for the fresh market.The fruit contains 12.70%soluble solids,8.55%soluble sugar,0.65%titratable acid,65μg·g^(-1)FW vitamin C and 1100μg·g^(-1)FW anthocyanins.The yield is 11250 kg·hm^(-2).In Changchun,‘Durui’is a medium-ripening cultivar,and it ripens from 10 July to 5 August.
