摘要
‘渝膝2号’是从重庆巫山县红椿乡红椿村的混合群体中采用优株选育方法选出杯苋甾酮含量高的川牛膝新品种。药用部位根圆柱形,黄白色,平均长48.0 cm、直径18.9 mm、鲜质量221.7 g。杯苋甾酮含量0.14%。适宜重庆海拔1400 m以上的地区种植。
‘Yuxi 2’is a new cultivar of high-quality and high cyasterone content Cyathula officinalis obtained from the mixed population in Hongchun Village,Hongchun Township,Hongchun County,through the optimal strain selection method.The root,medicinal part,was cylindrical,yellow-white,with an average length of 48.0 cm,a diameter of 18.9 mm,and a fresh weight of 221.7 g.The test results showed that the content of cyasterone was 0.14%.It was suitable for planting in areas above 1400 m elevation in Chongqing.
