摘要
‘丹霞8号’是从野生的仁化白毛茶群体种中通过单株选育的高香型茶树新品种。小乔木型,中叶中生种,生长势较强,芽头纤直,满披茸毛。春季一芽二叶蒸青样干物质中含茶多酚22.1%、氨基酸4.0%,可溶性糖2.4%,咖啡碱3.2%。适制名优红茶、白茶。制红茶条索紧细匀整有锋苗,金毫满披,复合玫瑰香带药香浓郁持久,滋味浓爽鲜爽,汤色深红明亮;制白茶,芽尖纤直,白毫洁白满披,汤色杏黄明亮,滋味甜醇鲜爽、馥郁芬芳显玉兰花香。适宜在华南、西南等茶区种植。
‘Danxia 8’is a new highly aromatic tea cultivar,which is systematically bred from the wild tea resource of Camellia sinensis var.pubilimba from Renhua County,Guangdong Province.It belongs to small arbor type,medium leaves and middle-sprouting species.Its buds,which are covered with fluffy trichome,are slender and straight.The average contents of tea polyphenols,amino acids,soluble sugar,and caffeine in tender shoots with one bud and two leaves picked in spring were 22.1%,4.0%,2.4%and 3.2%,respectively.It is suitable for processing black and white tea.The black tea has tight and even appearance with golden trichome,long-lasting complex rose and medicinal fragrance,bright deep red soup color,as well as strong and refreshing taste.White tea has slender and straight buds covered with pure white trichome,bright apricot color,sweet and mellow taste,as well as lasting magnolia fragrance.It is suitable for planting in South China and southwest China.
