高茶氨酸茶树新品种‘粤茗5号’

摘要 ‘粤茗5号’是从广西凌云白毫茶群体中经单株系统选育获得的高茶氨酸茶树新品种。小乔木型,大叶早生种,生长势较强,持嫩性强,茸毛较多。春季一芽二叶蒸青样干物质中含茶多酚28.7%、氨基酸8.7%(其中含茶氨酸4.1%),可溶性糖3.7%,咖啡碱2.6%。适制红茶和白茶,制红茶甜香花香浓郁,滋味鲜爽醇厚;制白茶毫香花香浓郁,滋味鲜醇清甜。适宜在华南、西南等茶区种植。 ‘Yueming 5’is a new tea cultivar with high theanine content,developed by systematic breeding from the population of Lingyun Baihao tea in Guangxi Province.It belongs to small arbor type and early germination species with large leaves.It shows vigorous growth potential,strong shoot tenderness-keeping ability,and a lot of hairy.The dry matter of the steamed sample with one bud and two leaves in spring contains 28.7%tea polyphenols,8.7%amino acids(including 4.1%theanine),3.7%soluble sugar,and 2.6%caffeine.It is suitable for processing black and white tea.The black tea has rich floral and sweet fragrance,as well as fresh and mellow taste.The processed white tea has rich pekoe flavour and flower aroma,as well as flesh and sweet taste.It is suitable for planting in South China and Southwest China.
