蒿柳新品种‘先锋3号’

A New Cultivar of Salix viminalis‘Xianfeng 3’

‘先锋3号’是从辽宁、山东的蒿柳天然群体中选育而来的新品种。树干通直,主梢树皮中等绿色。分枝少,节间短。枝条短而上弯,灰绿色,落叶后至早春枝条为黄绿色。叶长披针形,单叶互生,叶长15~25 cm,叶宽1.4~2.5 cm,叶片平展。主要是扦插繁殖。适宜在中国北部及西部地区种植。

Salix viminalis‘Xianfeng 3’is a new cultivar bred from the natural population of Salix viminalis in Liaoning and Shandong.The trunk is straight,the color of the bark of main tip is medium green.The branches are few,internodes are short.The branches are short and curved upward,the color of branches is gray-green and turns yellow-green after the leaves fall to early spring.The leaves are lanceolate,alternate and flat,the length of the leaf is 15–25 cm,the width is 1.4–2.5 cm.Moreover,propagation mainly rely on cutting,and it is suitable for planting in the north and west area in China.
