摘要
‘香楚101’是以C0504为母本,Y0409为父本杂交配组而成的干、鲜两用朝天椒新品种。果实短指形,青熟果绿色,老熟果鲜红,果面较光滑,三心室,果长9 cm,横径1.1 cm,单果质量6 g左右,辣味浓郁,肉质脆,维生素C含量为1000 mg·kg^(-1),辣椒素含量为1.1%,耐热。产量在22500 kg·hm^(-2)以上,适于湖北省露地越夏种植。
‘Xiangchu 101’is a new short finger-shaped pepper cultivar with dry and fresh dual-purpose,which was developed by hybridization with C0504 and Y0409 under a long-term directional selection.The short finger-shaped fruit is light green and the color of mature fruit is red,with smooth in the fruit face,three ventricle.It is crisp,spicy.The longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of fruit are 9 cm and 1.1 cm,respectively.The average fruit weight is 6 g.The flesh contains 1000 mg·kg^(-1) vitamin C,1.1%capsaicin.The cultivar showed intermediate of tolerance to heat in the field.It is suitable for open field cultivation in Hubei Province,with the yield more than 22500 kg·hm^(-2).
