摘要
‘浙林猴2号’是以‘常山99号猴头’菌株为亲本材料,经亚硝基胍化学诱变,系统选育而成的猴头菇新品种。子实体中等大小,肉质,无分枝,菇形圆整,头状或倒卵形,商品菇直径8.3~11.5 cm,无柄;菌刺下垂,长0.5~1.5 cm。新鲜的猴头菇口感滑嫩、脆口,偏老的有点苦味。菌丝生长适宜温度22~25℃,出菇适宜温度16~20℃。抗病能力较强,商品性好,多糖含量高。中温型品种,适宜自然条件下大棚层架栽培。
The‘Zhelinhou 2’,a new cultivar of edible Hericium erinaceus originated from‘Changshan Houtou 99’strain as parental material,was bred by chemical mutagenesis of Nitrosoguanidine and systematical selection.The fruiting body is medium-sized,fleshy,unbranched,capitate or obovate,sessile.The diameter of commercial mushroom is 8.3-11.5 cm.The spines are pendulous,0.5-1.5 cm long.The optimal temperature for mycelium growth is 22-25℃,and the optimal temperature for mushroom production is 16-20℃.It has strong disease resistance,high polysaccharide content.It is a medium-temperature cultivar with good traits,suitable for natural climate greenhouse laminated cultivation.
