草莓‘石莓11号’是由‘甜查理’ב天香’杂交选育而成的。果实圆锥形,平均单果质量一级序果为34.5 g,二级序果为22.3 g;果面红色、光泽度好;果肉红色;可溶性固形物含量9.2%~11.5%;果实硬度大(0.540 kg·cm^(-2)),耐贮运;丰产,平均单株产量477.6 g。适宜露地栽培。

‘Shimei 11’is a new strawberry cultivar bred from the cross of‘Sweet Charlie’בTianxiang’.The fruit is cone-shaped.The first grade fruit weight is 34.5 g,and the second grade fruit weight is 22.3 g.It has red fruit surface and bright luster.Fruit flesh is red.The soluble solids content is 9.2%-11.5%.The fruit firmness is 0.540 kg·cm^(-2).It has high firmness and good storage quality.The average yield of per plant is up to 477.6 g.It is suitable for open field cultivation.
