摘要
蒲公英‘滨蒲2号’是利用组培筛选耐盐突变体植株的方法创制的新品种。植株生长近直立,株高30~45 cm,叶形窄,叶片平均长44.25 cm,宽度10.2 cm;叶片无毛,裂缘具齿,叶裂深度为深裂,叶片颜色较深,叶缘、叶基、叶脉颜色均为紫色。在种植密度165000株·hm^(-2)时,平均产量14775 kg·hm^(-2),较对照安国栽培种(亚洲蒲公英)增产26.9%。适应性好,耐盐碱,品质优,具有较强的抑制肿瘤细胞迁移、抗氧化和抑菌功能。
The Taraxacum mongolicum cultivar‘Binpu 2’is a new variety created by screening salt-tolerant mutant plants by tissue culture.The plant grows almost upright,the height of the plant is 30–45 cm,the leaf shape is narrow,the average length of the leaf is 44.25 cm,the width is 10.2 cm;the leaf is glabrous,the cleft edge is toothed,the depth of the leaf cleft is deep,and the leaf color is darker,the color of leaf base and veins are all purple.At a planting density of 165000 plants·hm^(-2),the average yield was 14775 kg·hm^(-2),an increase of 26.9%compared with the control Anguo planted varieties.Good adaptability,saline and alkaline tolerance,high quality,strong inhibition of tumor cell migration,anti-oxidation and antibacterial functions.
