特晚熟优质大果白肉枇杷新品种‘香妃’ 被引量:6

A New Extremely Late Ripening Loquat Cultivar‘Xiangfei’with HighQuality and Large Size

摘要 ‘香妃’枇杷是从‘金钟’和‘贵妃’杂交子代中通过选择优良单株,定向培育而成的特晚熟优质大果白肉新品种。花期晚,有利于避过北缘栽培区域冬季低温对幼果的冻害。成熟期果实较耐高温,不易发生落果、皱果。果实洋梨形或近圆形,单果质量56.1~70.9 g,果皮橙黄色,易剥皮;果肉厚,细嫩化渣,淡黄色至白色,可溶性固形物含量13.3%~15.5%,可食率70.9%~75.0%。适应性强,在福州5月下旬—6月上旬果实成熟,成熟期比‘解放钟’迟10 d以上。3年生无性子4代单株产量27.6 kg。 ‘Xiangfei’is an excellent offspring from‘Jinzhong’בGuifei’crossing population,it was selected for extremely late-maturing,high-quality,large-size and white texture.The flowers bloom later than most other cultivars which would help to avoid freezing injury in northern cultivated areas during winter.The fruits are in suborbicular or pear shape with uniform size that weight 56.1–70.9 g.It is great that the fruits from this cultivar could keep enlargement in high temperature in early summer while most other cultivars would stop growth and start maturing,with fewer defoliation or peel wrinkling than other cultivars.The orange peel is easy to be stripped and the light yellow or white texture is thick,soft and delicate-based slag.The esculent rate is 70.9%–75.0%;the TSS is 13.3%–15.5%,all these make the fruits to be tasted fresh and sweet.In Fuzhou,the fruits mature extremely late during late May to early June,about 10 days later than‘Jiefangzhong’.In all,it was identified as a cultivar with high and stable yield and broad adaptability.The yield of three-year tree is 27.6 kg per plant.
