摘要
‘丽园珍珠1号’是从‘冬枣’和酸枣混合实生苗中选育出来的优良鲜食酸枣新品种。果实圆形,平均单果质量4.1 g,脆熟期果实可溶性固形物含量28.1%,维生素C含量5.64 mg·g^-1。口感酥脆,汁液多,风味酸甜。成熟期8月下旬,果实发育期80 d。抗裂果,丰产稳产性强,盛果期平均产量24 t·hm^-2。
‘Liyuan Zhenzhu 1’,a new early ripening table cultivar of sour jujube(Ziziphus spinosa Hu.),was selected from mixed Chinese jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)and sour jujube(Z.spinosa Hu.)seedlings resources.The fruit is round.The average fruit weight is 4.1 g,the soluble solids content is 28.1%,and the vitamin C content is 5.64 mg·g^-1.The flesh is crisp with juicy texture and sweet sour flavor.The fruit ripens in late August with a developing period of 80 days.It is highly resistant to fruit cracking,and also it has high and stable yield.The average output is 24 t·hm^-2.
