摘要
‘雨珠’枣是从‘大雪枣’的自然实生后代中选育出来的富含酸和维生素C的优良新品种。果实圆形,平均单果质量7.10 g,可滴定酸含量1.32%,维生素C含量7.77 mg·g^-1 FW;早果性和丰产性强,果实9月下旬着色成熟,果肉松脆,酸味浓,适宜鲜食和加工;抗裂果和缩果;适宜在河北省献县、赞皇县、行唐县及生态条件类似区域栽培。
Ziziphus jujuba‘Yuzhu’,a new Chinese jujube cultivar with high contents of acids and vitamin C is selected from‘Daxuezao’seedlings.The fruits are globose with average weight of 7.10 g,titratable acid content of 1.32%and vitamin C content of 7.77 mg·g^-1 FW.‘Yuzhu’is characterized by early bearing and high yield.The fruit ripens in late September and are highly resistant to cracking and shrinking disease.The flesh is crispy,sour and can be used both for table and processing.This cultivar is suitable to be cultivated in Xianxian,Zanhuang,Xingtang of Hebei Province and other regions with similar ecological conditions.
