茄子新品种‘迎春四号’

A New Eggplant Cultivar‘Yingchun 4’

‘迎春四号’茄子是以自交系HL^-1为母本,自交系YC1-1为父本配组育成的极早熟新品种。果实长条形,果皮黑紫色,平滑光亮,纵径35 cm左右,横径3.5 cm左右,单果质量150 g左右,果肉白绿色,商品性好。丰产性强,产量60000~75000 kg·hm^-2。抗病、抗逆性强,适合长江流域及气候类型相似地区早春保护地栽培。

‘Yingchun 4’is a new super-early maturing eggplant cultivar which was developed by inbred line HL^-1 as female parent and YC1-1 as male parent.The fruit is long stick shape with bright black-purple skin and white-green flesh,35 cm in length,3.5 cm in diameter and 150 g in weight,good shipping quality.It has high yield,up to 60000-75000 kg·hm^-2.The cultivar has high resistance to disease and other adverse stimuli.It is suitable for protected cultivation in early spring in Yangtze river and other areas with similar climate.
