晚熟抗寒桃新品种‘中农寒桃3号’

A New Late Maturing and Cold Resistant Peach Cultivar‘Zhongnong Hantao 3’

‘中农寒桃3号’是从以‘熊岳巨桃’为母本,‘大久保’为父本的杂交后代中选育出的抗寒桃新品种。生长势中庸,树姿极开张,抗寒性强。果实发育期120d左右,果实圆形,平均单果质量170.5 g,离核。可溶性固形物8.7%,可滴定酸0.90%,维生素C 52.8μg·g^-1。风味极酸,出汁率70.1%,果汁玫瑰红色,不易褐变,表现出良好的制汁加工特性。

‘Zhongnong Hantao 3’is a new cold resistant peach cultivar,derived from the cross of’Xiongyue Jutao’and’Okubo’.The fruit period is about 120 days,the fruit is round,free stone,with average weight about 170.5 g.The soluble soilds content is 8.7%,titratable acid content is 0.90%,vitamin C content is 52.8μg·g^-1,with 70.1%juice yield,the strong anti-oxidation character of its rosy juice,and the tree is extremely open with moderate growth potential and high cold resistance.
