摘要
兜兰新品种‘西之王子’(Paphiopedilum‘GXAAS Princes’)是以同色兜兰(Paph.concolor)为母本,肉饼兜兰‘可可奥利弗’(Paph.‘Cocoa Oliver’)为父本,通过人工授粉杂交选育出的。叶片密被网格斑。花单朵,黄绿色。种子萌发率高,易栽培,易开花。3—5月开花,单花花期28~32 d,观花观叶俱佳。
Paphiopedilum’GXAAS Prince’is a new cultivar developed by crossing seed parent Paph.concolor and pollen parent Paph.’Cocoa Oliver’.The plant has graceful plant shape.The leaves are light-green with intensive grid plaques.Single flower lies in a inflorescence with the yellow-green color,and the flower is beautiful,delicate and waxy.This hybrid cultivar has high seeds germination rate and wide adaptability,excellent view of flowers and leaves,the flowering period is from March to May and the lifetime of a single flower is 28 to 32 d.
