女性精神分裂症患者性激素水平与认知功能的关系

The relationship between sex hormone levels and cognitive function in female patients with schizophrenia

摘要 目的探讨女性精神分裂症患者性激素水平与认知功能的关系。方法选取开封市第五人民医院2018年5月—2019年5月就诊的60例女性精神分裂患者作为研究对象,选取同期60名女性健康体检者作为对照组。采用酶促化学发光法进行性激素水平测定,采用瑞文标准推理测验对认知功能进行测定,利用Pearson相关性分析法对女性精神分裂症患者性激素水平与认知功能的关系进行检验。结果观察组患者雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、黄体酮(progesterone,P)、睾酮(testosterone,T)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)和促卵泡生成素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的认知功能评分(正确题数、智商数、知觉辨别、类同辨别、比较推理、系列关系和抽象推理)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性精神分裂症患者的E_(2)、P、T和LH和认知功能障碍(瑞文测验结果)各个指标(正确题数、智商数、知觉辨别、类同辨别、比较推理、系列关系和抽象推理)之前存在明显的正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而PRL和FSH与认知功能各评分指标无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组性激素水平与认知功能均无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在女性精神分裂症患者中,E_(2)、P、T和LH等性激素指标与认知功能具有显著的相关性。 Objective To determine the relationship between sex hormone levels and cognitive function in female patients with schizophrenia.Methods Sixty female patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and 60 healthy female medical examinees were selected as the control group during the same time interval.The enzymatic chemiluminescence method was used to determine sex hormone levels.The Raven Standard Inference Test was used to measure cognitive function.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between sex hormone levels and cognitive function in female patients with schizophrenia.Results The estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),and folliclestimulating hormone(FSH)levels were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function scores of patients in the observation group(correct number of questions,IQ,perception discrimination,similar discrimination,comparative reasoning,series relationship,and abstract reasoning)were significantly lower than the cognitive function scores in the control group(P<0.05).The E_(2),P,T,and LH levels and cognitive dysfunction(Raven test results)of female patients with schizophrenia(correct number of questions,IQ,perception discrimination,similar discrimination,comparative reasoning,series relationship,and abstract reasoning)had a positive correlation(P<0.05),but there was no correlation between PRL and FSH levels,and cognitive function scores(P>0.05).There was no correlation between the levels of sex hormones and cognitive function in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Among female patients with schizophrenia,sex hormones,such as E_(2),P,T,and LH,were shown to have a significant correlation with cognitive function.
