北京市朝阳区王四营社区中老年人群高血压流行病学调查

Epidemiologic survey of hypertension among middle-aged and elderly residents in Wangsiying Community, Chaoyang District, Beijing

目的了解北京市朝阳区王四营社区中老年人群的高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率以及相关的影响因素。方法对2019—2020年北京市朝阳区王四营社区45岁及以上的常住居民进行问卷调查和体格检查,应用二元logistic回归分析中老年人群高血压患病的影响因素。结果纳入研究的1493例中老年人群中,男性占35.50%、女性占64.50%,平均年龄(61.39±7.04)岁,高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别为58.74%、66.02%、61.35%、49.63%;二元logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(55~<65岁组OR=1.479,P=0.003;≥65岁组OR=2.808,P<0.001)、高血压家族史(OR=1.869,P<0.001)、糖尿病(OR=2.376,P<0.001)、血脂异常(OR=1.892,P=0.001)、腰围(OR=1.034,P<0.001)以及体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)(OR=1.06,P=0.005)为高血压患病的危险因素,轻度劳动强度(OR=0.564,P<0.001)为高血压患病的保护因素,差异有统计学意义。结论北京市朝阳区王四营社区中老年人群的高血压患病率较高,对高血压相关危险因素的防控应当纳入社区高血压健康管理体系中。

Objective To determine the prevalence,awareness,treatment,control rates,and related influencing factors of hypertension among middle-aged and elderly residents in Wangsiying Community Health Service Center of Chaoyang District in Beijing.Methods A questionnaire survey was administered and a physical examination was performed on residents>45 years of age.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of hypertension.Results Among the 1493 middle-aged and elderly residents included in the study,the average age was(61.39±7.04)years,35.50%were male,and 64.50%were female.The prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control rates of hypertension were 58.74%,66.02%,61.35%,and 49.63%,respectively.The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that age(55-<65 years,OR=1.479,P=0.003;≥65 years,OR=2.808,P<0.001),a family history of hypertension(OR=1.869,P<0.001),diabetes(OR=2.376,P<0.001),dyslipidemia(OR=1.892,P=0.001),waist circumference(OR=1.892,P=0.001),and body mass index(BMI)(OR=1.06,P=0.005)were risk factors for hypertension,while mild labor intensity(OR=0.564,P<0.001)was a protective factor for hypertension;the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension among middle-aged and elderly residents in Wangsiying Community,Chaoyang District,Beijing was relatively high.The prevention and control of hypertension-related risk factors should be included in the community hypertension health management system.
