家庭式干预用于癫痫儿童及家庭功能缺陷改善的作用研究

Effect of family intervention on children with epilepsy and improvement of family dysfunction

目的探讨癫痫儿童护理中加强家庭式干预的效果及价值。方法选取2018年8月至2019年9月聊城市高唐县人民医院收治的癫痫患儿64例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(32例)在常规治疗基础上给予常规护理,观察组(32例)在常规治疗基础上加强家庭式护理干预,观察家属知识掌握、家属及患儿依从性、家庭功能等改善情况。结果干预后观察组家属知识掌握评分高于对照组,家属及患儿完全依从率为78.13%,高于对照组的42.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月家庭功能评定量表(family assessment device,FAD)评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月内癫痫发作次数明显少于对照组,每次发作持续时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癫痫儿童治疗期间加强家庭式护理干预,可有效提升家属疾病知识认知,加强家属及患儿出院后的遵医行为,保证家庭功能缺陷获得更好改善,提高患儿疾病总体控制效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect and value of family intervention in the nursing care of children with epilepsy.Methods Sixty-four children with epilepsy who were admitted to Liaocheng Gaotang County People’s Hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups(control,n=32;observation,n=32).The control group was given routine nursing care and treatment,while the knowledge of family members,the compliance of family members and sick children,and the improvement in family function were strengthened by the family type of nursing intervention in the observation group.Results After intervention,the score of knowledge mastery of family members in the observation group was higher than the control group.The compliance rate of family members and children in the observation group was 78.13%,which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Family Assessment Device(FAD)score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).The number of epileptic seizures in the observation group was less than the control group within 3months after discharge,and the duration of each seizure was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the family-style nursing intervention during the treatment of children with epilepsy effectively improved the knowledge of the family,improves the compliance behavior of the family and the sick children after discharge,guaranteed an improvement in dysfunctional family function,and improved the overall control of sick children.
