社区个性化健康管理对高血压患者睡眠改善的荟萃分析

Meta-analysis of the effects of community personalized health management on sleep improvements in patients with hypertension

目的系统评价社区个性化健康管理对高血压患者睡眠质量及血压的干预效果,为高血压患者睡眠质量的改善提供参考依据。方法收集中国知网、万方、PubMed、Cochrane等数据库的相关文献,按照指定的纳入与排除标准筛选文献,根据异质性检验结果,采用随机效应模型进行高血压社区健康管理睡眠质量及血压改善效果的荟萃分析。结果最终纳入12篇文献。荟萃分析结果显示,高血压患者睡眠改善效果的加权均数差(weighted mean difference,WMD)为2.917(95%CI 2.306~3.529);收缩压改善效果的WMD为8.847(95%CI 5.698~11.996);舒张压改善效果的WMD为6.760(95%CI 4.600~8.921),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论社区个性化健康管理对高血压患者睡眠质量的改善及血压控制有明确的效果。

Objective This study aimed to study and evaluate the effects of community-based personalized health management on sleep and blood pressure in patients with hypertension,to provide a basis for improving the quality of sleep in patients with hypertension.Methods Relevant documents were collected from databases including CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed and Cochrane,and screened according to the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the heterogeneity test results,a random effects model was used to conduct a meta-analysis of the effects of hypertension community health management on sleep and blood pressure improvement.Results Twelve articles were included.Meta-analysis results indicated that the WMD of the sleep improvement effect in hypertensive patients was 2.917(95%CI 2.306-3.529);the WMD of the systolic blood pressure improvement effect was 8.847(95%CI 5.698-11.996);and the WMD of the diastolic blood pressure improvement effect was 6.760(95%CI 4.600-8.921).The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Community personalized health management clearly improves sleep quality and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.
