TBS模式的rTMS干预对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状、社会功能的影响

Effects of rTMS intervention in the TBS mode on negative symptoms and social functioning in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的分析θ短阵快速脉冲(theta burst stimulation,TBS)模式的重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)干预对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状、社会功能的影响。方法选取南乐县精神病医院2018年6月—2021年6月精神科收治的118例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采取非盲随机数字表法等分为对照组和研究组,每组59例。两组患者分别采取TBS模式的rTMS干预(研究组)和伪刺激干预(对照组),3个月后观察比较两组患者干预前后的阴性症状评定量表(Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms,SANS)评分情况和社会功能改善情况。结果研究组患者的社会功能改善情况优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,干预后研究组患者的SANS各因子得分均出现降低且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TBS模式的rTMS干预对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状、社会功能具有积极影响。

Objective To analyze the influence of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)intervention in the TBS mode on negative symptoms and social functioning in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods One hundred eighteen patients with chronic schizophrenia who were admitted to the Psychiatric Department in the Nanle County Psychiatric Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly and equally divided into control and research groups.The patients were treated with rTMS in the theta burst stimulation(TBS)mode(study group)and the sham stimulation intervention(control group).After 3 months,the negative syndrome scale score(SANS)and improvement in social functioning were compared in the 2 groups.Results The improvement in social functioning among study group patients was superior to the control group(P>0.05).In addition,after the intervention,the scores for each SANS factor among research group patients were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with rTMS in the TBS mode has a positive effect on negative symptoms and social functioning in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
