钾离子通道与高血压肾损害 被引量:1

摘要 钾离子(Potassiumion,K^(+))通道分布于机体各器官组织中,通过控制K^(+)跨膜流动在调节膜电位、血管张力以及细胞代谢活动等方面发挥重要的生理功能。肾脏是调节K^(+)平衡的主要器官,K^(+)通道与高血压肾损害的发生发展存在密切联系。本文就K^(+)通道的分类与分布、生理功能,以及K^(+)通道表达和功能改变可能通过影响肾脏血管功能、水盐代谢和炎症反应引起肾损害进行综述,为高血压肾损害发病机制研究和治疗提供新思路。
