2012-2018年重庆市荣昌区居民肝癌死亡趋势joinpoint分析

Joinpoint analysis of liver cancer death trends among residents in Rongchang of Chongqing from 2012-2018

目的了解重庆市荣昌区居民肝癌死亡趋势,为肝癌防治工作提供依据。方法对重庆市荣昌区2012-2018年肝癌死亡资料进行分析,采用Joinpoint Regression Program分析肝癌的变化趋势。结果2012-2018年重庆市荣昌区肝癌合计死亡1679例,年平均粗死亡率为34.84/10万,标化死亡率为27.57/10万,其中男性年平均粗死亡率(54.71/10万)高于女性(15.19/10万),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Joinpoint分析显示,2012-2018年肝癌标化死亡率年均下降8.15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中男性下降7.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),女性下降10.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Joinpoint分析显示,肝癌死亡率在20~49岁随着年龄的增加趋势差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);50岁以后随着年龄增长,肝癌死亡率呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重庆市荣昌区2012-2018年居民肝癌死亡率呈下降趋势,但50岁以后随着年龄增长肝癌死亡率呈上升趋势,应该加强对其的防控力度。

Objective To determine the trends in liver cancer mortality among residents in Rongchang of Chongqing,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.Methods The Joinpoint Regression Program was used to analyze liver cancer mortality data in Rongchang of Chongqing from2012-2018.Results A total of 1,679 patients died because of liver cancer from 2012-2018;the average annual crude mortality rate was 34.84/100000 and the standardized mortality rate was 27.57/100000(54.71/100000 for males and 15.19/100000 for females).The average annual crude mortality rate was higher for males than females(P<0.05).Joinpoint analysis showed that the standardized mortality rate of liver cancer decreased by 8.15%annually from 2012-2018(P>0.05),including 7.43%in males(P>0.05)and10.12%in females(P<0.05).Joinpoint analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the liver cancer mortality trend with increasing age between the ages of 20 to 49 years old(P>0.05),and an increasing trend with age>50 years(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver cancer mortality in Rongchang decreased from 2012-2018;however,liver cancer mortality increased with age>50 years.Thus,we need to strengthen prevention and control measures for liver cancer.
