腹腔镜肾癌手术患者心理弹性评分及影响因素

Psychological resilience score and influencing factors of patients undergoing laparoscopic renal cancer surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜肾癌手术患者心理弹性评分并分析其影响因素。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月在内蒙古自治区人民医院行腹腔镜肾癌手术的83例患者作为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷、心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、Herth希望量表、中文版自我感受负担量表(self-perceived burden scale,SPBS)对患者进行评估,分析患者心理弹性的影响因素。结果83例患者心理弹性得分为32~87分,平均得分(61.53±13.85)分,其中心理弹性良好组(评分≥70分,n=49)与心理弹性较差组(评分<70分,n=34)年龄、文化程度、自我效能、希望水平、自我感受负担比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,50~68岁、初中及以下文化程度、自我效能<20分、希望水平<36分、自我感受负担≥30分为影响腹腔镜肾癌手术患者心理弹性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜肾癌手术患者心理弹性评分较低,年龄、文化程度、自我效能、希望水平、自我感受负担均为影响腹腔镜肾癌手术患者心理弹性的因素。

Objective To explore the psychological resilience score of patients undergoing laparoscopic renal cancer surgery and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 83 patients who underwent laparoscopic renal cancer surgery in People’s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.Self-made questionnaires,Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),and general self-efficacy scale(GSES),Herth hope scale,and the Chinese version of selfperceived burden scale(SPBS)to evaluate patients and analyze the influencing factors of patients’mental resilience.Results The psychological resilience scores of 83 patients ranged from 32 to 87 points,with an average score of(61.53±13.85).The differences in age,education level,self-efficacy,hope level,and self-perceived burden between the good mental flexibility group(score≥70 points,n=49)and the poor mental flexibility group(score<70 points,n=34)were statistically significant(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that 50-68 years old,junior high school and below education level,self-efficacy<20 points,hope level<36 points,self-perceived burden≥30 points were independent risk factors affecting the mental resilience of patients undergoing laparoscopic renal cancer surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental resilience score of patients undergoing laparoscopic renal cancer surgery is low.Age,education level,self-efficacy,hope level,and self-perceived burden are all factors that affect the mental resilience of patients undergoing laparoscopic renal cancer surgery.
