绝经后2型糖尿病患者血清微量元素和电解质与空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白的相关性分析

Correlations of serum trace elements and electrolytes with fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨绝经后2型糖尿病患者血清微量元素和电解质与空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白的相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月佛山市高明区人民医院诊治的64例绝经后2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,选取同期64名绝经期健康女性患者作为对照组,检测两组的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白含量,同时检测两组血清微量元素、电解质含量并进行相关性分析。结果观察组的血清铜、锌、铁、钾、钠、氯、钙、镁、磷等含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在观察组中,Pearson相关系数分析显示血清钾、钠、氯、钙、镁、磷、铜、锌、铁含量与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后2型糖尿病患者多伴随有血清微量元素和电解质含量降低,与空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平存在相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlations of serum trace elements and electrolytes with fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty-four postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the case group,and 64 healthy postmenopausal women during the same period were selected as the control group.Fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were tested in both groups,and serum trace elements and electrolyte contents were determined and subjected to correlation analysis.Results Serum Cu,Zn,Fe,K,Na,Cl,Ca,Mg,and P levels were all significantly lower in the case compared with the control group(P<0.05).Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis showed that serum K,Na,Cl,Ca,Mg,P,Cu,Zn,and Fe contents were all negatively correlated with fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(P<0.05).Conclusion Postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes frequently have decreased serum levels of trace elements and electrolytes,which are correlated with fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.
